After meeting Kimberly for the first time and reading her bio, I knew I had the right Realtor. There was never a moment I wondered what was happening with my listing. Kimberly at all times kept me informed, gave me other Realtors input on my home and was always available to answer questions. I believe Kimberly knows the market and has good strategie. Once my property sold, which was in a short period of time and was over the listing price, we moved on to the next phase which was daunting for me. She understood the dire situation we were in to sell. It took one phone call to her and a meeting was scheduled the next day. Our house was staged, and put on the market within a week. After receiving multiple offers the house was sold in three days over asking.

She is attentive, communicative, experienced, kindhearted, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and understanding. I honestly cannot brag enough about what a true professional she is! I'd also like to acknowledge how wonderful her team of experts were. They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that arose during the entire process.

When Kimberly Olbrich says, "I got you". she means it. This was a probate sale. She sells the house as if it were her own. I received almost 5% more than asking price. She moved the sell of the house in less than 30 days. Because I lived out of the area, she was able to tend to the house when I was not available. She was not pushy, but most helpful, kind and considerate. It's not a business, it's caring enough to see other happy. Of course, highly recommended.
